Neither party signed off on anything, and if they are/were so concerned about it, why didn't they sign off then, instead of going after it now when Kelly is actually coming in to some money. Answer- they weren't sure if Kelly would make it then, now that he is, they want some of the pie!!!
As for him going out all the time drinking heavily, that is false. I won't say that he hasn't had some. But he also belongs to a dart league and goes out to throw darts 2-3 times a week. It helps to relax him. And he does drink some,,,,,,,,,, water!!! Again I won't say he hasn't drank some kinda alcoholic beverage, but he is training 6 days a week and for the last couple weeks has been heavily. I don't think he is going to screw up his oppurtunity like that.
I am sure that if you were coming in to millions of dollars, some of your old friends would be seeing how they could get some of it.
As far as Kelly's true colors, I will have to agree with Southakron, his volunteering for charities and raising money for sick children! That bastard!!! How dare he do crap like that!!!! Get the whole story before commenting on what type of guy he is.
thought this was going to have a vid of kelly showing that he has speed and has been hiding it all along...Quote:

as long as kelly pavlik kicks butt in the ring.. its all good.. watch out jermain taylor
I tell you what, I was completely and utterly wrong about Kelly Pavliks skill set and dominance before the Miranda fight.. I had to eat some major crow that night when he beat my fighter Edison Miranda.. But I went back and looked at some fights with Pavlik and coupled that with his dominance of Miranda and he made a new fan with me*!!! I think Kelly has the balls and heart to take the title away from Taylor who has seemingly lossed his zeal and hunger to be the Bona Fied Middleweight champ of the world
* just to clarify, I am still a huge Edison Miranda fan and have not sold him out, but Kelly is the real Mccoy and I am a fan of his too
Well im backing Taylor in this one, I think taylor simply fights to the level of the opposition. If a fighter fights kinda dull n slow(B Hop) we'll get an equally dull reaction from taylor. If a guy comes chargin at him and ready to go to war (Pavlik) i think JT will rise to the occassion and provide fireworks of his own.
I dont know, I really think the fight with Winky took some of the piss out of him, I mean he was swinging for the fences while fighting Ouma and didnt even put a dent in him, then he fought Spinks and in a lot of peoples opinions he got outboxed and those 2 guys are natural Welters. Now he is fighting a destructive puncher that is the same size as him and has a ton of heart. I got to go with the hungrier fighter. Miranda is a lights out puncher and Kelly took his best shots and Taylor dosent hit nearly as hard as either Pavlik or MirandaQuote:

However personally, and i do stress personally as i really am shoutin for JT, i do believe that Taylor has more to show. He may not be as lacerating a puncher as Pavlik or have the Raw power of Miranda but he does have sufficient power to KO other middles.
This fight is an acid test for Jermaine, im goin puttin money on him to step up a gear and take Pavlik.
Although having seen the Spinks fight id be worried about the trainer fighter relationship there.
Good points either way... One thing is for sure, it will be impossible for us to be dissapointed with the pace of this fight ;)Quote:

To Be honest man, im finding it incredibly difficult to defend Jermaine Taylor as he really hasnt given me any grounds for optimism in his last few fights!
