It's going well, I'm doing it 6 days a week now, working up a real sweat. I've lost a few pounds already, actually 1200 if you count the ones in my wallet ::**
But I'm enjoying it and that's the main thing. You should try it. I bet you'd be good at sliding up and down a long pole ;)

Cross Trainer is best for losing weight if thats your goal Bilbo.
I joined a gym a while ago to tone up i used to be bit too slim so i bulked up little bit and those cross trainers are excellent if you want to lose weight i also heard doing skipping for 10 minutes loses 110 calories or something.
