Agreed, he hasn't seemed to want it that badly since and including his fight with Karmazin... I remember the first time I saw him fight was against Verno Phillips, he was much more driven in that fight it seems to me.. Not totally sure I'd agree that he doesn't bring anything to the table though, I see what you mean from a potential opponents standpoint but for the fans another good fighter in the WW division is only a good thing. It may also put some fire back under his ass, having to make 147 pounds.. He has seemed almost lethargic in his last couple fights, especially against Taylor, but this could be due to the fact that he has no need to train his ass off to make weight, and is instead doing more strength training in order to bulk up, and still weighing in well under the limit. If he were to make 147 pounds semi-comfortably, he'll probably have to have an intense training camp that will make sure his conditioning is top notch. Personally I think if he does this, he can be in some great matchups at welter.. Sure it's a stacked division, but if he can take Taylors best punch noone there is going to have an easy time phasing him. Id love to see him vs Paul Williams, just nonstop punches all the way, he may actually have a decent shot if he could get inside and do some good work, though I could also see Williams keeping too much distance and winning easily.

I like Ouma. the kid has a high determination factor , a very exciting fighter. me thinks he fits in nice at 147.
I also like this russina fighter Kuvanych Toygonbayev He had a nice win over Andrey Tsurkan in New York back in 2003 ? Toygonbayev has a few losses , however like Ouma he is a thriller.
