Like it or not that is pretty much how the world works. Sure not every 'poor' person can be bought but pretty much everyone has a price for something.
Go to any country that is poorer and you will find plenty young girls to "buy" for a while. They come from broken homes or maybe are doing it to support their family. The have little/no chance at education or getting any real work so it is the only thing they can do. There are a decent amount of people in Mexico living in poverty. There is nothing racist about it, or "right" and "wrong" about it, it is just economics.

It's a white thing. White people take 0 offence to any racial slur thrown their way because it doesn't bother them that they're white and that people are trying to make them feel guilty/less important because of it. The only thing that will even remotely offend a white person is if you call them a racist because they know what it means once the label sticks.

If they're not tossed around as much why would they warrant a locked thread as opposed to the one that it is now? You're implying that everyone would have a different reaction or favoritism towards an "offensive" statement towards that group as opposed to the one in this thread. That statement in bold can only translate two ways: "Black people get special treatment" "The hispanic race is disrespected more than other races and nobody sticks up for them".
Thats only because of the environment you're in. I'm sure if you're around a group of white people for an extended period of time there will be more black jokes than anything else and vice versa with a group of black people telling mostly white jokes. That doesn't make them racist or ignorant. A joke isn't the equivalent of denying somebody a job because they can stand out in the sun longer than you can. A joke isn't the same as a crime against somebody just because of the way they were born. Do you wanna world where everyone can joke about and put aside the past to make today manageable and equal for everyone or do you want a sue happy world where the individual is labeled as something else than a person and differences are used to divide rather than unite?
That's an example of the victim mentality. Everybody thinks they are shortchanged in their life and its all the fault of (insert a religion or race here). If your biggest worry in the world is words that people might say, your life is awesome. That means you have food, shelter, a stable income, and a safe family. Essentially your life is so taken care of at that point that you need to invent a problem to overcome to give yourself a challenge in life as without them, life seems meaningless.
I can point out to you that a majority (not a vast majority, but a majority none the less) of industrialized/"civilized" have a vast white majority now and have for a long time. You could spin that into any racial joke you want but here's why it happened like that. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with location. Because of the hot tropical weather around the equator, darker skin pigments are needed for sun protection but simultaneously you can grow food all year round so simple farming will suffice for providing food for a tribe of people. Up north, lighter pigments are needed because there's not as much sun and its easier to deal with cold weather with lighter skin. Because of these harsh winters, food is harder to get for that season so growing needed to be amplified beyond that of a natural ability. The need for technology was there so it was made. Eventually farming became so easy that things were needed to entertain people instead as they no longer had to struggle for food. If africa was cold, it would be filled with technologically advanced light skinned people just as if europe was tropical, it would be filled with unindustrialized dark skinned people. The human brain is trained to seek out patterns whether one exists or not. Racism came about because the pattern was believed to be that dark skinned people were less intelligent because they made less technological advances despite having a culture that was around long before a light skinned one. The actual pattern has everything to do with weather and nothing to do with race. I hope that wasn't too ignorant a statement for you.

The original theory stated that although the "white" race were intellectually more developed, the "coloured" race were more spiritually and physically superior.
That theory is dead now, what we really should focus on is that we are one large near-perfect race.
