You better hope to God its not a draw..You know these greedy $$$$ hungry people involved will milk this into Rematch, and worse of all ::**another Farking Thread ;D
Those old school 10th rounds will make an apperance that Evander has called home for 23 Years and I see him stopping Ibragimov in 10th or late.

This had to be one of the first posts I read after ordering the fight :'(
Re: The Real Deal vs Ibraginov
I've gone for Ibragimov via KO in most Predictors and that is my final instinct.
Apart from his dire draw with Ray Austin- I think Ibragimov should beat Holyfield who these days looks a little fragile and his legs have gone.
I watched the fights with Bates and Maddalone and the Maddalone fight was the one of most concern. Holyfield boxed cleverly while Maddalone kept trying to get into a punch-up. Holy finished the job well but it was alarming to see him not get involved in a scrap as of old.(as though he knew he would come-off 2nd best).
He is supposed to have looked pretty good against Savarese and I have that fight and may watch it later but the opposition has been carefully selected as Savarese was on a comeback himself.
Without wishing him harm it is probably best that he gets Ko'd tomorrow and comes to his senses that he is not the fighter he once was.
It's a shame but all the greats just keep going; Joe Loius, Ezzard Charles, Muhammad Ali the list is never ending.
Re: The Real Deal vs Ibraginov
Although I voted Holy by dec in the poll im actually letting my heart rule my head cuz logic dicates that Ibragimov with his pace and homeadvantage should gets a points decision in this fight .
He is the younger fresher man , not a bad hitter either and Evander was rocked in his last fight with Savarese. This doesnt bode well for him . He has every chance if he can rough the champ up and make it his type of fight and win on experience but its a big ask . Fingers crossed for Evander !
Re: The Real Deal vs Ibraginov
i want evander to win this one. come on THE REAL DEAL !!!
holyfield by decision

Right on...I will only disagree with one point; Lou Savarese is/was NOT on the comeback, he was comfortably retired and took a payday with Holyfield ;)...surprisingly it turned into a pretty competitive fight with Lou's Heart as big as it is, he won't lay down for anyone.

I agree it was a good fight
Foreman couldnt drop Lou so I was impressed how Evander dropped and contained the younger stronger bigger man

He beat Travis Fulton WKo3rd and then Matt Hicks Wko1st in 2007 before fighting Holyfield.
But as I'm a cynic I'd say he took those fights as warm-ups as he knew a payday with Holyfield was in the offing. :)

Fultons a total tomato, and Hicks is inexperienced, and still almost beat Savarese early in that fight

Exactly - warm-up fights. ;)
Re: The Real Deal vs Ibraginov
See thats the thing, like it or not,hes fighting the WBO champ on his home turf
It would make a nice story if he pulled it off,but lets look at who he's fought so far
Lou"Im apparantly saving my hands for another fight"Savarese,I actually show fighters that fight as evidence of what happens when you dont drive your punches
Fres "Even I dont think I can win a big fight anymore"Oquendo
Vinny Maddawho?
Jeremy"Will lose for a large paycheck"Bates
What in that stellar pack has convinced anyone that he can win this
