'Muscle mass is useless without a well trained brain', lol ye thats true but a well trained person without muscle mass is useless, hits wont be effective, for a perfect boxer you need a balance of both, like don't get me wrong im not a body building or diet freak, but i still think you should come in the ring with mental skills, technique and also a physical weight as a foundation
Well u see the approach iv taken to boxing is this;
Iv learned to throw all my punches correctly, so what i do is practice my footwork, cutting off the ring etc. After that i throw as many punches as hard as i can in the most textbook combinations i can. FAST.
So u can understand why i withold very little fat and i want to pack on a little weight in muscle.
