you have your palm down when throwing your hook to the body. It should be palm in, and even a bit palm up the lower you go. Palm down is for left hooks up high. ie, "turning it over."
With your jab, it looks like you're starting with your palm facing out too much. That forces the elbow out. Aim it in a bit more, almost as though you're holding a telescope.

I understand what you're saying about the jab but what is palm down mean?

If you have your palm down throwing down low,you sap off your power,and risk breaking your wrist

on your third video, it looks to me like you are pawing with your left hand and not throwing a nice crisp jab...and watch the right hand movement...this has caused me to get hit once or thrice
