Great post CMM.
We should have a fighter of the week in which people learn and talk about some of these forgotten hero's.
To be honest, I find it's a waste of time veering away from the P4P list as most people don't know or care.
Coggi's son is now a prospect down in Argentina. Coggi Snr was a sneaky fighter who beat some good names - although he usually lost to the very best. He won the title of off Morris East, one of my favourite boxing stories. Martin Antonio Coggi is now 17-1 although the opposition has been typical "Son of" fare.
So how about that Fighter of the Week? ??? ;D 8)

a worthy mention is Alfred Kotey . Kotey was a good little fighter, when he was fighting at flyweight and bantamweight he was at his best , had very wide shoulders for a little fellow, a good puncher . moving up in weight was not to his advantage.
has anyone ever turned the channel when Ben Tackie was on the card? i know i never did !
thanks
