Re: I've been watching some early Tyson
The problem was which a lot of you seem to not be seeing is that Mike Tyson would wait for the oppertune moment on the inside, but and not punch before that occured, So a guy like Holyfield was able to offset him by throwing first. I know Tyson wasn't at his prime in that fight, but because of this flaw he would have had a hard time against a guy like Holyfield at anypoint in his career.
Re: I've been watching some early Tyson
Holyfeild was older then Tyson and his prime was behind him as well. I would pick Holyfeild over Tyson any day he had a better chin and more balls then Tyson.
Re: I've been watching some early Tyson
And his will to win was somthing i have never seen before. I think it was stewart that said somthing like Holyfeild was the most vain person he every met. He said Holyfeild had to be the best the best lover, the best fighter, the best body, and even best in the eyes of god that some drive if you ask me.
Re: I've been watching some early Tyson
... If Tyson fought more like Hatton or Duran on the inside Holyfield would have been counted out.

Sorry dude,No way.Pure pressure face forward Tyson is wreckless Tyson. He would only be on the inside for an instant before Holyfield spun him and countered,Balance was horrible there and If any thing I think Holyfield would have TKO'd Him even earlier.
Its obvious Tyson tried everything available to him, Legal and not legal.Imo,Holyfield had his #.
