What do you want to achieve, an achievement will be targeted as a goal.
If your goal is to gain 10 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks, or whatever, that is a goal.
So, what are they?
if my goal was to gain 10 pounds of muscle in six weeks roughly how often/long would i have to train? (i weigh about 162 now)
