Re: Ricky Hatton interview-already weighs 148 pounds?!
I don't think he has over trained. This is good news if anything he needs to be in the best shape of his life to have a chance in this fight. I just hope his strategy is varied, you can't come out and do the same thing with Floyd for 12 rounds because he will figure you out halfway.
Re: Ricky Hatton interview-already weighs 148 pounds?!
It's unfortunate Ricky wasn't able to put this much time into the Collazo fight, so maybe a better gauge of his abilities at 147 could be discerned from it. He has no choice but to come in 100%; it's going to be an uphill battle as it is. Coming in like he did with Collazo against Mayweather would be asking to get ktfo.

What i found impressive was that he's using 500kg on the leg excercising machine (i dont know the technical term!). Thats a F*** load of weight to be taking on your legs and then reextending them...im not surprised they told him to chill out or risk his legs snapping off! ;D
On leg press? If so thats hardly anything... the average soccer player does 800, and the average hockey player does 1000, and the average football player does 1200+

It'd be nice to be wrong like VD sometimes, just to add a little variation to life.
Unfortunately, I live with the burden of being right all the time.
Ricky by KO.
I doubt that. Even Matthew Hatton is putting money on Mayweather. He knows a sure thing when he sees one

I don't understand why people think Ricky will KO Mayweather... I love Hatton and dispise PBF but lets be serious!

LOL, Billy Graham probably has a second mortgage on Mayweather. ;D
Re: Ricky Hatton interview-already weighs 148 pounds?!
I hope Hatton wins and if he does man Legion you imagine the bashing of Flyode the next day it will be unreal.

At this stage of the game I'd say it was just as unlikely that he'd stop Tszyu as well, every single analyst thought Hatton wouldn't make it out of 6 rounds, just like every boxing analyst thinks Hatton will be picked off like nobodies business and cut up like a christmas turkey. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather goes out on a stretcher.

No, but I can imagine the bashing I and some others will take.

The only way Mayweather touches a stretcher on Dec 8 is if he helps carry Hatton out.
