Jack Blackburn was Joes trainer, Holman Williams was Boxing in the same era Great Fighter Never worked with Joe.

Interestingly Billy Conn turned down a fight With Charlie just after he had lost to Louis. They were angling for a return fight with Louis and thought Burley to dangerous and being 18 lbs lighter :D

I never said he was Louis' trainer but it states he showed him something!
