Hatton's team probably realize he can't beat any of the elite WW's so i expect him to move back down.

Right ok. Hattons first showing against Collazo granted was not that great. He had a bad night and was nowhere near in the shape he was when he fought floyd on Sat night. Not only that he just had a bad night against Collazo, just one of those things.
He looked ok against Floyd..as good as he could do. Floyd makes any fighter around that weight class look only 'decent' Put him up against any of the four you mentioned and they all of a sudden look 'decent'.
Height is an advantage but its not the only differentiator. I think Hatton has the style and determination to beat Williams, margarito and Mosely (who is way past his best). Cotto may be a problem. Cotto is only what 5ft 7 or 8ish. Would he get beaten by williams simply because williams has a long reach and it tall? Height is an advatage but i think Haton would develop a game plan around it. One thing is for sure Williams sue does have a big a** ribcage ;)
Anyway. In short i just think there are fights to be had for Ricky at Welter. he doesn't HAVE to move back down to Light welter like everyone is screaming because he had one particular bad night against collazo and then got beat by the best fighter of this era. Just my opinion.

Hatton could fair well at WW, but he had only his second fight there against an established p4p king. He should have had a few fights there before facing Mayweather, but the money was right so you cant blame him.

I think your abit of a COCK mate how can you say he had no Heart he got up after the first knockdown which was a real heavy knockdown that shows great heart many of fighter would have stayed down knowing what they were going to get if they got up.Ricky got up and took his lumps and to say he has a weak chin only his second time on canvas in 44 fights your a nob mate that hook that hit Hatton was clean and hard and it was doubled in power as Hatton was coming on to it at full force.Overall Hatton has great heart and a good chin grow up mate i enjoyed Gatti vs Gomez by the way ;D

The reason I don't think Hatton can do anything at WW is simply his size. Granted Mayweather is the best at the weight, and Ricky could have done much worse against him, but Floyd is a small welterweight, and his punches (as well as Collazo's) had much more effect on him than even Tzyu's. Hatton's punches does not have the same effect on his opponents at welterweight either, he will not be able to do what he did to Castillo to any of the top Welters, IMO he gets beaten up by Cotto and Maragrito and outworked on the outside by Williams, and his trainer seems to be in agreement.

Was Hatton the heavier man on Saturday night? I know that he is usually 11 stone (154) for his fights. But he weighed in at 145. Why would he dry out the extra two pounds?
There is something funny going on with Hatton's weight. He was also light for the WBC advance weigh-in, and Graham dismissed it.
Was Hatton overtrained? He was fizzling by round 6/7. What could they have done differently?
Also, Hatton has making jest of that pad work that Floyd does (for speed/reflexes/accuracy). I think he understands why accuracy is so important now. Brilliant pinpoint shot - on the move - by FM.
