Yeah, this guy is not a professional athlete .... he is a tramp who can use his fists a bit. I reckon he's taken 4 years off his career by falling prey to the demon drink and even Ali and Tyson were never the same after a few years out.
He will win a couple of meaningless comeback fights and then fall off the wagon before his handlers can shove him into a title fight. That will be the end of him, and good riddance.
Re: Scott Harrison on the comeback...
He's easily big enough for 130lbs but I have my reservations about him ever fighting again. He should have one fight maybe at domestic/european level to test the waters before going anywhere near a world class opponent.
Re: Scott Harrison on the comeback...
I think scott knows that this is a last chance for him and if he messes it again he is actually fucked forever. It will be a shame, if this happens because he was a world champion at the end of the day. I hope this last chance gives him a burning desire to do well, I always remeber that highly competive fight with Michael Brodie. Amazing body shot he landed, showing he was sheer class.
I hope this phase in his life will give him motivation to do well and I believe if he stays disaplined we will see a lot more of scott harrison.
