Is that how you learned? I've tried learning it that way but it didn't go so well. But eveyone's different. Some people might have an easier time learning that way, while others may find it best just to train 2-handed until they're strong enough to do it one-handed. :)
You will never be strong enough to do one arm by doing 2 arm.
i'd like to confirm that.
i used to to 175+ push up (2 arms) and could not do a single 1handed push up.
this Q was already asked a few moths ago, and missy here explaned how to learn it.
so i started on my desk (skiped the wall part) and went down.
i now only do 100 push up's with 2 hands for warming up. do em in 65/70sec but trying to do em in 60 (it is possible cuz i saw my bro doing it)
and do 20 with 1 arm for strength (then do the other) and yes i noticed that your strength does increase alot more than 2 armed push up's

Re: Help !!! some one help. (I cant do a one arm pushup
Do real long push ups by taking about a miniute to go down and a miniute to go up for each one and then increase the time spent on each one each other day and build strength endurance mindpower.
Fast reps pushups is like doing weights fast and expecting all the results to show up in your boxing .
Im not saying dont do fast long reps ,just mix them up with the other.

If it's something that u just would like to conquer I understand that. Keep being persistent and never stop trying until u get it.
If u think that this in some way will help u be a better boxer then u are way off track.
it's more an explosive power move. Think of it like a power lifting move.
More so than with 2 arms which you can use to build strength, endurance and some power.
What I meant was , Why is MM trying to do a 1 arm push up?
I was wondering if he is trying to accomplish something in particular, or just tring to prove to himself that he can do a 1 arm.
It totally frees up one arm and hand during sex.
(stuff of legends) ;)
:coolclick: That's a great reason. One arm push ups for everyone! ;D
