I've always wanted to see Pacquaio-Guzman. Realistically I know that's almost surely never gonna happen.
I'll go Cotto-Williams since I don't think Cotto-Mayweather has much chance of being made this year. I think it will eventually be made, just not this year. Not sure about the likelihood of Cotto-Williams either but I've gotta pick one.

yep looking forward to roy jones v tito. would of liked to see diaz v katsidis but that went pear shaped. i suppose out of the confirmed fights it's gotta be pavlik v taylor at super middle(interested to see what differance if any it makes). But most of all i'm looking forward to yet another year of dissapointment from the heavies

In terms of action, I think Haye v Maccarinelli promises to be a barnstormer.

I really think this should be an easy question, because there are two fights in '08 that rise well above everything else, and those two of course are Pacquiao-Marquez II and Mayweather-Cotto.
If the question is which "officially" signed fight, then the answer is Pacquiao-Marquez II.
If the question is which unsigned hyothetical fight, then the answer is Mayweather-Cotto.
Pavlik - Taylor II - I have a sinking feeling that Taylor is going to win this time
Calzaghe - Hopkins (if it gets made)

Mayorga's next fight which will probably be a third fight with Forrest. Other than that, Hopkins vs. Calzaghe if it comes off. Come on B-hop!!!
Right now it is a toss up between Calzaghe/Hopkins and Vazquez/Marquez 3.....
Calzaghe Vs Hopkins more for the fact I just want the F'IN This to happen after all these years.....
Vazquez Vs Marquez 3 because I want to see my boy Israel to finish the series strong.....Not that I dislike Marquez...
Cotto vs Mayweather would be just as exciting for me as Hatton vs Mayweather....which was huge for me as a Brit but supporting Mayweather. Pavlik vs Taylor 2 would be interesting....obviously Calzaghe Bhop is pretty exciting however i think thats gona be very overhyped when you consider the age of hopkins!
