Fighting a small kid like pac will definitely put a big dent on his legacy. Worse though, will be if he loses to pac, then he's legacy is done and over with - he's got nothing to gain in the fight (I must be scared of my boy losing.. ;D ;D ;D).

Once again, maybe I threw around the words "washed up" too much. All I'm saying is that a 35 year old fighter is not what he once was at 29. Even Floyd Mayweather can't turn back time.
YOUR last point makes no sense because Castillo's paycheck was taken by Bob Arum basically. He HAD to fight that fight in order to pay his debts to Arum for not making weight in Corrales - Castillo 3. Please do your research sir. If he wouldn't have fought the fight, then he would have been in the hole by millions. So I could probably say that he didn't train that hard for a fight he essentially made no money in.
Yeh but the thing with p4p list is this.....Seen as tho Castillo was p4p top ten after ko'ing Chico, it's unfair to remove him from the list just because he was lacklusture against N'Goudjo. He still won so imo he deserves to keep his place. Hell if p4p was judged on performances, Jermain Taylor would never have got into top ten......but wins over Ouma, Spinks and B-Hop deserve recognition, wether he deserved them or not....He got the W.Quote:

And yeh i know the Castillo but wether he's getting paid or not is irrelevant when you take a body shot like that. It didn't hurt any extra just because he was skint. If you offered him £10m to get up after that shot he still wudn't have been able to. Castillo is a very, very proud fighter and to say he didn't train that hard is basically clutching at straws. Think about it, if you need the money that much and your next fight is against Ricky Hatton, your guna get your arse into shape. You know how many doors would have opened for him if he'd have beaten hatton? No more money worries thats for sure!
Hate to break it to you but Juan Urango, Carlos Maussa, Ray Oliveira, Michael Stewart, Carlos Vilches, Dennis Pedersen and Joe Hutchinson were not the very bestQuote:

He will go down as one of the best British fighters. In 20 years time he will be regarded with the same affection and respect afforded to guys like Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank which is no small achievement.
He's not our best fighter, Joe Calzaghe is, but he did attract a fanbase that surpassed any British fighter since Frank Bruno.
Whether he's Hall of Fame worthy, I'm not sure, whether he will get in however I have no doubts whatsoever.
We havn't had many British fighters in the Hall of Fame lately and so Ricky will doubtless be a shoe in once his career is over. People will argue whether he deserved it or not but I'd say it's a 100% certainty that he will be get in.
I think it depends on his next few bouts Bilbo. If he can get say 3 straight wins and retire he is in there. Boxing fans are pretty fickle in the UK though.
This may upset one or two people but lets put it this way, if McGuigan can get into the HoF Hatton should be a future haller based on his record thus far. At least he lost to the P4P Number 1 at the time and not a young chap who not many had heard of. It was Steve Who for me not Steve Cruz.
Give Mcguigan his credit though he did beat a good champion in Pedroza.
It don't upset me your right mate. You can't argue with the truthQuote:

You might be right. But with Ricky being so young at 29 (but with a fucking shit lifestyle) people might think diferently.Quote:

Please tell the truth.
Has Hatton died?
Sounds like everyone is trying to write his Bio for the eulogy.
He lost one fight.
Big deal.
NHe hasnt....Quote:

The KO of Maussa and Castillo was good.
The only reason Collazo was any good, or suspensful, was that because Hatton was out on his feet, and Urango was terrible match, and Flloyd destroyed him, albeit the build up was good.
Hit Hold Hit Hold
And to the guy who said I am biased, if you read in my post, its says Ricky is my favourite boxer, so how is that biased againast him?
If he hasn't put on a performance that you enjoyed watching in 3 years, it's fairly odd that he would be your pick for favourite boxer.. You must not be very hard to please.Quote:
