this is totally different, cause first of mab was actually in the division pac is. oscar is at 154 and floyd should be fighting and beating cotto,mosley,willaims, margarito at 147. I enjoyed the 1st fight, but I'm not sure the public wants a second one. I wish Floyd was fighting Cotto, but this is much more money.
That being said this will be a huge fight, these guys are marketing gurus. First, Floyd Sr. will be training Oscar. This should help the hype. Plus they are already talking about Oscar's farewell tour. With those added factors plus 24/7 this will be a huge fight.

There is absolutely no reason for these two to be fighting again. The first one wasn't close, it wasn't entertaining, and was nowhere near worth the price tag it was being offered for. The only thing I am interested in is how the HBO hype machine will try to advertise this fight. These guys were all talk in the 24/7 series with Mayweather promising a "f#$@ massacre" and Oscar urging Mayweather to "come to me" and then they get in the ring and jab each other for 12 rounds. No more than a glorified exhibition match.
These guys styles don't match up well and I think that the public won't be fooled again into thinking this will be a great fight. There are alot of other fighters I would rather see both boxers fighting before I would want to see a rematch.

Truly Oscar is the best guy Mayweather can fight, and he makes Mayweather the most money especially if Floyd Sr. is in his corner which is what a lot of people are saying.

oscar has a chance because he's bigger, but shane is much more of a threat to floyd than oscar

It wasn't the night of the jab, because he was getting countered with right hands over the top of his jab, ODLH has never had someone do that to him before.
