It must be possible to do. It's easy to convince an website what country you are based in so it's just a matter of paying for it.
I think this surely must be possible. I forgot to mention it's a minimum contract as well so you can quit at any time.

If you dont know what your doing then you could change some settings for good and then will need to re-install your broadband CD as a minimum.
At worst you might have to wipe your drive and re-install altogether !
