Yeah and I thought the difference between the way humans and animals react to fear and the damage that can do was interesting.
So maybe the fact that yoga is recommended for a lot of these problems is no suprise? Not just because it makes you stretch but it makes you attempt to do it with a more peaceful mental/emotional state perhaps?
