anyway.. even when you typed this, if no one understood it then i can understand..

"ie" is latin for "id est" which means "which is" or "that is".. "eg" means "for example".. so neither of these make sense..

I THINK you were looking for "hence".. yeah.. hence would've worked..

Couldn't believe it as the 'helpful' 'advisory' posts came flooding in

I PMed Memphis who was the first to get it and said I felt guilty admitting it was a joke !

RP33 - ie (that is) makes perfect sense. ;)

the way you used it is a bit of a stretch..
