Can anyone explain this new Thanking feature?

OK just a little update i have added a little number feature to the post titles and re titles to show just how many reps a post got....

it will also show neg reps if they where given ;)

average reps for a post if neg will show as red
average reps for posts if pos will show as green.

should make intresting reading ;D
