Re: Flabby tits and muffin tops
Try to walk around a lot when you're not training, and don't eat right before bed time. This should help you lose some excess fat.
Re: Flabby tits and muffin tops
That's good advice about not eating too close to bedtime. It reminds me of one thing I'm doing with my diet right now - if I'm going to eat a big meal or commit a dietary transgression (pizza, burger, something fried, plate of ropa vieja, maduros, and rice & beans, a curry) I do it at lunch. For dinner, I have protein and veg, no starch. I live off grilled chicken and salad or tuna (no mayo) and salad at night. Otherwise, I would be eating starches at 8:30 when I get back from the gym. For me this makes a big difference.

I'll find the name of a good one, i know it but can't think of it right now, will ask in work 2morrow, i used to use. High in protein and almost zero carbs - best option for you.
Also if you are REALLY REALLY dedicated - go organic vegan for a month or two and you will see the fat fly off the places you don't want it.
Fruit for brecky (make sure yo are eating that daily) light salad for lunch and more rabbit food for tea;) if you can stick to that religiously for a month or 2 u will be sorted as long as u train right and target the area's u want fixed.
Summer is almost here and its been a long time since i looked like i wanted and i miss abbs;) gunna start it my self when i get back from Vegas. Kicked the Drugs and smoking and am ready to start full training my self. this is a great short cut to get fast track into it.
Good luck mate, I must admit I do eat a lot of carbs, healthy ones though.
But I always have toast for breakfast either on its own with peanut butter or marmite, or with egg on toast etc.
I quite often have it with soups as well and eat rice or potatoes most nights.
I very rarely eat any salads, really should work them into my diet.
Those are the reasons why u are finding it hard to take the weight off in those spots then:/
Thanks for the support tho;)
feel more confident now about hitting the vega diet for a while, know i wont do it for more than two months, loves steaks, port chops, ribbs and all kinds of meat way to much lol - but being able to pack in smoking after 10 years and pass up the offer of coke after fallen into that hell hole i feel cutting out meat for a while will be a walk in the park.
So you think I should cut down on the bread, even though it brown bread?
I always thought I needed good carbs to sustain my training but I'm willing to give them up if it means I don't have saggy breasts any more:)

You do need your carbs, but timing is important. Wholewheat/multigrain bread for turkey sandwich for lunch or morning toast is OK. Oatmeal is also good. The key is to consume the bulk of the carbs early in the day. I'll even have half a sweet potato with dinner, sometimes, if I eat dinner early. If I eat pasta for dinner, I make sure it's an early dinner. Sometimes on a non-gym day, I'll give in to my pasta craving, but I'll eat at 5 or 6 and make sure I go for a 30 minute walk that evening. If I'm getting a bad sweet tooth, I'll have a cookie at lunch on a gym day or on the weekend have pancakes for breakfast. Of course if I do this, I make sure I at least take a 30 minute, fast walk at some point to help burn off the excess. I'm a former chef, so this crap is really hard for me and I'm bound to screw up once every two weeks or so, but if I stick to the general principles, it works pretty well.

I don't mean lose weight I can do that, and it's mostly fat, but when I sit down I can still grab a handful of fat from my tum and my can grab a healthy inch of fat off my man boobs.
I notice even Jaidon Cordrington and Antonio Tarver have saggy man boob syndrome so if they can't shift it I'm guessing there's not much hope for me:-\
Well Bilbs, during the boxing season I walk around very skinny.
In the time I have off I actually am far more muscular and bigger, as I said this compensates increased body fat whilst still looking flattering.
The reason tarver and many boxers have very loose chest muscles is that many boxers refuse to work their pecs as in doing so they would limit their flexibility and punch output would be altered.
