This was Cotto just having fun and sparring/target practice. If there was any pain in Cotto's right arm, it could be from the titainium rod but Cotto has never really mentioned anything about having trouble with his arm after the operation. He was in the hospital for a month and was back in the ring 5 months later.

Cotto was just show boating. I was not too happy with it but It will make for a funny highlight reel when I make it move back and forth in some strange motion ;D
