If Witter brings his "A" game he should be pretty comfortable winning, as it should be easy for him to control the tempo, but if he tries to get too cute or gets in his head too much a Bradley win is not out of reach. Bradley IMO is from the Kessler school, nothing flashy, but a really solid fundamentals boxer.
