The MLS should be handling it better though, they have a game of the week on every Thursday and I think the Galaxy have only been on like once. Not like they should be on everytime but they should market Beckham more.
During Becks peak he used to score from the half way line with a keeper in goal.
Whoopty-fuckin-do......Becks should be dominating but he isn't, why? I am not sure....maybe he's just soft, maybe he's old, maybe he's focused on HOLLYWOOD and not on playing ball.
If a true goal scorer was in the MLS they would be the most celebrated player in the League EASY. Becks is just recognizeable by mass marketing and he's married to a Spice Girl.
Beckham has a great touch, he can pass and shoot with the best of them but he's not a guy who can carry the league on his own....I don't know if there is such a guy though....Ronaldihno maybe? Cristiano Ronaldo? Henry? America does need more talent in the league...Zidane would be a solid add...any older solid veterans would be great for the league and bringing up and developing talent.
