I get 450 grams of protein (only 150 is from shakes) It's all about what you can digest. I simply can't digest anymore real protein than 300 grams. You are better off getting as much real food as you can get though.
I get 200 carbs and 70 fat grams.

i'm gonna aim for 250-300 gradually increasing it, will get about 100 gms in shakes

If you want to increase protein intake, do it gradually. If not, you will find yourself on the toilet with a bad case of the runs.
There is no hurry, start of by increasing by 50grams each day. If you are digesting it fine, next week add another 50 grams.
Remember it is important to focus on FOOD for protein and use protein powder to SUPPLEMENT your diet.
