Lewis is and always was full of himself and shiit;D
At least Thompson was undefeated, Botha had been stopped by Moorer and pole axed by Tyson with one punch before Lewis took him on as a safe opponent for his London showcase.
Grant was undefeated but Lewis fought like a man shiiting himself, big windmill punches, falling in, it was very messy, Lewis happened to be a good heavyweight among mediocre and does alot alot more credit than he earned, he steared well clear of Byrd:rolleyes: and only retired because Mike Tyson couldnt be bothered to string a couple of wins together to create interest in a rematch, much like Mayweather and De La Hoya.
It had a little to do with being battered by Vitali but if Mike had put a couple of interesting wins together we would have seen a rematch for sure.

He KTFO Grant in 2 rounds i wouldnt call that been scared.
