How the hell is Prescott top 10? ???
I think Breidis Prescott deserves to be top 10 considering Amir Khan was about 8th in the Lightweight rankings according to Ring Magazine if i remember rightly and the way in which Breidis Prescott won also warrants a top 10 place i think Michael Katsidis should be out of the top 10 because of his back to back losses.
For what it's worth the Ring has Breidas Prescott in their rankings too at number 10.
Yea thats exactly where i have him i have no problem with him being at 9 or 10 and i think Michael Katsidis has been getting overrated ranking wise just because he fought bravely against Juan Diaz, Joel Casamayor, doesn't mean he should be rated higher because a loss is a loss unless were talking about something like Marquez vs Pacquiao 2 but it wasn't like that and to be honest Michael Katsidis's best win is against a guy who Amir Khan blew away in 1 round.
Re: Juan Manuel Marquez vs Nate Campbell Anyone ?
hopefully this happen by the end of the year but im picking JMM hes on fire right now there the two best lightweights and pacman is facing ODLH so if pacman fights any of them it wont be until march or april

I agree Kats didn't really get any further than Khan did. The only name on his record is Graham Earl. Aside from that he fought complete nobodies.
As soon as he stepped up to world class he got knocked out by Casa and then dominated by Juan Diaz.
He has a better chin than Khan for sure, but in every other way he's inferior, even his power is grossly overratted.
Re: Juan Manuel Marquez vs Nate Campbell Anyone ?
This fight would be great.
For me it would decide who is the number 1 lightweight.

We need this fight. Until Campbell is beat I still see him as the champ and Marquez has gotta take the titles from him. Guzman missed his opportunity and Casa is out of the picture.
Maybe if Pac challenged the winner we would have the answers in boxings most competative division .

Agreed, Campbell/JMM ASAP, then Pac can challenge the winner when he finished his game of 'fantasy boxing'. Juan Diaz can fight Casa to keep busy, bugger Guzman.

1. Manny Pacquiao
2. Nate Campbell
3. Juan Manuel Marquez
4. Juan Diaz
5. Edwin Valero
6. Breidis Prescott
7. Michael Katsidis
8. Julio Diaz
9. David Diaz
10. Jesus Chavez
i dunno why nobody noticed it but i dont think valero should be on this list let alone #5. he has faced nobody worthy of mentioning except loco mosquera. otherwise he has face mostly japanese pansies who cant fight. put valero in with any of these guys and he'll be counting his lumps.
