The fight will be at 170 which i see having an effect on Pavliks punching power.

Pavliks jab is more powerful but Wrights jab is more accurate.

He put him to sleep after 7 rounds of battering him with 1-2 combos.
Not what i would call a one punch KO puncher. ;)

Even if you think his speed is overated he is clearly faster with his hands and his footwork than Pavlik.

Nope Freddie won't be training him for this one.
Hopkins will be trained by Nazim Richardson.

I know exactly what i said because my opinion is still the same today. There is no need to lie about. You proved that you was a liar by deleting your profile comments.

Look bro i know i what said and what i said was "i prefer quality over quantity though". you got it the wrong way round and you are saying i said that to suit your arguement. I have told various members i thought Hopkins won it 114-113. Why would i say i thought joe won the fight with a scorecard of 115-113 when that scorecard couldn't exist because of the KD. I know now that you are a complete liar and used complete lies to create a arguement. Pathetic bro pathetic.
Just admit you lied.

Pavlik out jabbed Taylor who out jabbed Wright. Pavlik at 170 will be allot stronger than 160 since he walks around close to 180 pounds. He does have the best power in middleweight and he would probably be the most powerful at 168 if he moved up. Here is a video.
1:11 , 1:33 , and 1:45 are good examples

Nice Video. ;)
I felt in the second fight with Taylor the jabbing between the two was even, Taylor would have rounds that he would be controlling with his jab and the same with Pavlik. I can't really remember Taylor outjabbing Wright, i will have to watch that fight again. The problem Pavlik will have is that Hopkins won't get in range to let Pavlik use his jab, he did to both Taylor and Wright who both have faster jabs, there best weapons were never to be seen in their fights with Hopkins.
The reason i feel Pavliks power will not carry to 170 is due to his second fight with Taylor where the fight was at 166 and Pavlik couldn't finish him. I will admit Taylor fought a smarter more defensive fight but in reality Hopkins always fights a smart defensive fight, hopkins is alot harder to hit than Taylor and even though Taylor is way younger Hopkins is faster on his feet.
Re: Hopkins interview on fighting Pavlik.
He makes a huge point & I would like to see a second fight with Calzaghe, but something tells me that Hopkins will beat Pavlik & Roy's speed will be too much for Joe, cuz IMO Roy is going to dance all nite into a SD! This means a big fight between the two! But unless Roy doesn't get caught on the chin by Joe & IMO Joe has the power in accumulation of punches but Roy is just the quicker puncher!
