Definitely Citron. Arguments for Mosely are justified, but I still favor him against Berto.

I'd like for him to fight Quentana or Clottey first and then answer this question.

To parrot all the talking heads (and Lou DiBella), I don't think he's ready for that "big fight" yet...

like everybody else is saying--

doesn't have great defense.
too short.
and flat out wouldn't stand a chance against Margarito or Williams, and if Cotto isn't ruined after Margarito, he'd beat him to.

I think a Clottey v Berto fight would answer all the questions about both of them.

He will have the potential to beat everyone of them except Margarito, he is too big and strong... that fight really depends on how much Berto's defense improves, how much more movement he is capable of using, and how well he takes punches to the body, if he can take them like Jones or Mayweather he is good to go.

i picked Cintron and that's only because he is the least likely to beat Berto although i'm not to sure he would lose to him. but he definitely needs to fight Quintana, Zab, or Collazo first in order to step it up. but he can definitely make some noise if he can beat these guys.
