It goes like this...

Fighter A is the most dominate fighter at weight "A" (140lbs)


Fighter B is the most dominate fighter at weight "B" (168lbs)

Now if Fighter A weighed 200lbs and Fighter B weighed 200lbs, the winner of the fight would be the P4P winner.
