Yeah I'd say beating Barret for Haye equates to about what it meant for Floyd Mayweather to beat Sharmba Mitchell at a new weight.

David Haye needs to fight someone either similar in style or similar in stature to Wladimir for us to really see what he has. With Haye taking such a tiny first step it shows he and/or his handlers are worried about how he will perform at heavyweight

It could also mean that other, more popular/highly rated HW's think Haye is too much of a risk with too little a reward to take a fight with before he establishes himself at HW.

.....sure it COULD be the case but I am sure plenty of guys would LOVE to spark out Haye if given the chance to revive their careers.
