Pumpkin soup ,bulk pumpkin in it and some that are baked then vitamized up in there too .
2 parts pumkin one part potatoe ,lightly fry an onion and add that in too. little bit of water, not much; Finish With a splash of sour cream mixed with a lump of plain orgainic yogert dumped into the middle of the bowl with a sprinkling of nutmeg all over. Severed with a dark rye toasted.

Leave all soups for one day after you make them and they taste even better.

Put shredded chicken in water, chicken broth and a little oil(veg/olive/or whatever type of oil you like), onions and peppers can also go in the pot. Make or buy some Pico de Gallo put a little of that in a serving along with tortilla strips and some avocado.....that's good stuff right there.


To season the chicken you use: cumin, salt, black pepper, chili pepper, and cilantro
