Calzaghe would hit Taylor with combinations everytime he did that rub his brow with his glove thing. I don't think Taylor - Calzaghe would be competitive at all. I like Taylor being a factor at 168 though and can definately see him making an impact there. I think Taylor - Bute would be a great match style wise.
That's crap.. Taylor always says the same shit in those interviews.. Before the Pavlik fight, they interviewer said "You saw kelly pavlik on the undercard and saw what he did.. does he deserve a shot and are you willing to fight him? and he said, "i'll fight whoever brings the most money" The same shit he's basically saying now, and look who he ended up fighting..Quote:

I put Calzaghe in the Mayweather category.. People aren't afraid to fight them because they're not big punchers.. but they know that they're undefeated and will bring a hell of a fight to them.. Mayweather smoked everyone he fought MUCH worse than Calzaghe did, and he still gets people calling him out cause he's not a puncher.. Taylor isn't afraid of anyone..
Joe ain't coming down to 168 and Taylor just got there, it isn't going to happen.
IMO it's only Dawson for Joe. IMO Dawson doesn't hit as hard as Kessler, but he is faster and a southpaw which Joe hasn't fought for a while. Dawson is tall but he ain't a big LH, he works on the weights to get him up to 175 if I rememebr an interview before the Johnson fight.
He has to bulk up to make 175? That seems strange, surely then he should be fighting at SMW where he'd have more advantages...Quote:
