Re: Little-known Songs from Yesteryear...
Sorry you don't approve, DLA. There's lots of lesser known songs and song factoids that people might enjoy reading in this thread.
For instance, one of the big songs played at most athletic events is Rock and Roll Part 2 by the not-so-great Gary Glitter. Gary Glitter, a citizen of Merry Olde England, is a convicted pedophile who recently returned to London after being denied entry into Thailand and Hong Kong.

While most people have heard this song, there's likely not many who could name it.

No blood, no foul. :newdb:
I just look for excuses to talk about songs, movies, and trivia. Although I know a ton about boxing and MMA, I'm a trash mind at heart. Pop culture has infested my brain and I like to air it out once in awhile. If, perchance, my experience benefits someone, so be it. In the meantime, I take my meds and howl at the moon. I really need stronger antibiotics.http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingfor...cons/icon6.gif

This was one of my favorite songs as a kid. It actually did get some airplay back in the very early '70s, so some of the old farts may know this one.
