Well, a guy may be 0-10 for instance and be a decent fighter, he may have fought all good opposition. Another guy may be 0-10 against very bad opposition and is legitimately not a good fighter. I have seen many guys with awful looking records that can fight. Really cant clump guy toghether based on their loss percentage. Reggie Strickland for instance is a solid solid fighter. He even beat a then 16-1 Brent Cooper who had a decieving record. If Cooper had fought better opponents could easily be the holder of a 0-10 record himself. Kirino Garcia started his career at 0-19. He then went on to be a real contender. Theres always a story behind the numbers.
Re: Is this the worst record in pro boxing?
Strickland solid? I guess. :-\
He sure was a busy sucker though, averaging over 1.6 fights per month over an 18 year pro career. 1993 I counted 40+ fights!

Isn't it funny how numbers effect our perspective? I thought the same thing when I first looked at his record. Yet, while getting KO'd 25 out of 275 losses isn't that high a percentage; it's still getting KO'd 25 times!!!

Reggie had a knack for falling during an incoming volley if you catch my drift. He rarely was ever REALLY iced. He was part of a group known as
Knuckleheads who toured the bcakroads of the midwest in a van. Buck Smith also toured with them for a bit. Quite a story.
