Why would he accept two loses in which their is clearly room for arguement that he won both fights?

I take it you haven't the scorecards of most boxing analysers?
I do believe out of 20 cards I've seen of boxing experts (by experts I mean known and prominent names) all 20 had JMM wining the 2nd fight.
This includes experts from the Filipines.

I could understand if Pac clearly beat him and then he comes out not accepting it, but that's not the case here.
