I remember watching this guy on the Pac - Cotto card and thought he was going to be the next big thing and hadnt heard anything on him til last night. He still looks very good but desparately needs to step up in competition

The problem with Korobov is that he's looked nothing special in some of the fights he's had at this level. Not exactly life and death in some fights but struggling to get over the line against guys you would think he should demolish. If they could move him along any faster they'd love to do it, he's got tremendous power and could be a great TV fighter for Top Rank who need new stars but somehow there's something missing.

He stopped Ossie Duran, a normally durable fighter in 4 rounds last weekend.
