Right hand.
And the world will be a better place
I would love it to happen too & if Haye is to win, he's going to have to spark Wladimir early, as I don't think he has the stamina for a long fight & he'll just end up getting jabbed into oblivion.
Re: Why not, Haye takes out Wlad in less than four
Anyone know who Haye is sparring with?
And this would make a reat 24/7 HBO series. They should do it quickly!
Re: Why not, Haye takes out Wlad in less than four
I hope Haye does it but I have a hard time seeing it. Wlad will not be looking to knock out Haye despite what he says. He will work the jab and try to bank rounds by doing the minimal work he can. It's all about Haye managing to get around the jab and land clean on Wlad which is not easy because Wlad can be very safety first. Especially against a puncher like Haye.
Hopefully, Wlad loses the plot and we get a war, but if not it could be a long nights work for Haye.
Re: Why not, Haye takes out Wlad in less than four
I think Wladimir SAYS he'll drag Haye around for 12 rounds and KO him at the end....I think Wladimir is going to try and use some mind games of his own and KO Haye early.

I agree, Sultan may not be an exciting fighter but he was a good boxer who had a sturdy chin, Better then Hayes I would put money on
Re: Why not, Haye takes out Wlad in less than four
I would say possible but very unlikely, Haye can complain about Wlad's jab but he doesn't seem to realize that his jab is like an hydraulic piston and that he can't out-power him. I say Wlad by K.O around the seven.

I don't see why not David Haye is the most dangerous opponent Wladimir Klitschko, has faced since Corrie Sanders that combine Speed/Power. It all comes down to whoever lands there right hand first, there both suspect in the stamina and chin department.
The only thing Wladimir Klitschko has in his favor, is a big advantage in the defense department, but still i think its a very pick em fight and it could go either way.

Sorry but Sultan Ibragimov fought so defensively against Wladimir Klitschko it wasn't even funny. And Wladimir Klitschko wasn't much better i don't see the comparison.
Sultan Ibragimov doesn't bring the kind of danger David Haye does with power, and lets be frank here why does everyone feel Sultan Ibragimov is so good ?
He was dropped against Ray Austin and fought him to a life and death draw. He won a pretty poor decision over a fighter that can't fight for more than 10 seconds of a round, and possibly the worst title holder in the history of the Heavyweight division aka Shannon Briggs.
And then Sultan Ibragimov won by about 5 rounds against a 44 year old Evander Holyfield, who hasn't been good since the late 90's. So tell me what is that good about Sultan Ibragimov ? because i honestly don't see why the Wladimir Klitschko fans rant about him so much.

Haye real power hasn't been significantly tested in the HW division, the only opponent he had was an ordinary guy riding the sunset of his career. Also, Wlad hits harder than Haye (more than likely), has weigfht advantage, height advantage, reach advantage, techincally more rounded and is at worst as fast as Haye. I think you're really underconsidering Wlad in that one or over-hyping Haye. Matter of fact, the only chance Haye has to win is to land a power bomb and hope that Wlad won't get up. it can happen, for sure, in the HW division's all possible but it is very unlikely, especially as Wlad went down 3 times against Peters, a thunderous puncher, and rose up everytime to win the match brilliantly.

I will be disapointed if Wlad KOs haye in early rounds. Imo he should/must punish/torture Haye for 11 rounds and put him out of his misery in 12.
Re: Why not, Haye takes out Wlad in less than four
If anyones going down from a right it's gonna be Haye.
If Wlad goes down it'll more likely come from a hook or an upper.
Wlads gonna spark Haye out.

I just don't see it. Honestly don't know why people think Wlad is anything special. He's there for the taking, we just need a live body with a set of balls to go in and make a fight of it. I think Haye can do it early too. He's too fast for Wlad.

He beat Shannon Briggs easily, give me a break, and he had a bad night against Ray Austin. Did Haye not get ko'ed by Carl Thompson? Honestly watch Ibragimov, he has good countering ability, he moves well, he has excellent speed for a heavyweight, had he not retired IMO he would beat Samuel Peter, Chagaev, Eddie Chambers, and would give Povetchkin a good fight. Ibragimov doesn't hit as hard as Haye, I am not sure there are many heavyweight that have that true power David possesses, but he does hit hard enough to badly hurt Klitschko if he had caught him cleanly on the chin.
Do you know why Ibragimov couldn't get off? Or Chris Byrd? Or the other guys who were fast that faced Wladimir? Because Wlad when he throws his jab is very hard to counter, it is a much quicker jab than people appreciate and it lands like a hammer.
The fact is both Klitschko and Haye are both exceptionally special fighters with three major flaws
1) No chin
2) lack of stamina
3) Could have better defensive skills(Klitschko could be taken off this list as of late).
I don't think this is a definite win for Klitschko, David Haye is the fastest and most athletic fighter he will have ever faced, and going against what I used to believe probably has the best knockout power, he might not literally hit as hard as Brewster or Sanders or Peter, but with that speed and accuracy he lands harder than anyone I've seen since Tyson.

Haye's main sparring partner is David Price, a 6 foot 8 heavyweight olympic medalist recently turned pro from Liverpool.
