Watch the fight dumbass and stop reading boxrec. Haye ran out of gas in that fight, he weren't out cold. Let's remember he only had 11 fights at the time when facing Thompson.

Carl was a banger ;)
but to be fair it was only Haye 9th or 10th fight... brave move by Haye at the time and he paid the price and it was stamina rather than power.
i think he'd pay the same price with both of the klits though IMO

Not denying Thompson could punch. But Haye never embarassed himself or went down like a sack of shit due to Thompson's power it was his stamina that cost him the fight.

seen the fight fanboy, and didn't disrespect you so keep your little lovey dovey feelings for Haye in check, Thompson did outlast Haye when it comes to stamina but he also rocked him plenty of times with clean shots, don't see how you can't still try to act like he's the man when he pussed out on the biggest fight of his career
Re: David Haye: Press Conference
Being that my sister is married to a Chiropractor and the fact im dealing with a similar kind of injury(not in my back but in my arm) let me break it down.
Pretty much I've been working on my arms doing pull ups every day i walk under my doorframe(I bought one of those pull up bars that you hang over a door frame)
Now my right arm was fine, for a while, i woke up saturday morning around 5, made some breakfast and went to sleep, when I woke up my right arm was in the most pain i had ever felt, it was right at my elbow the pain was and at the edge of it, and if I ever stretched it out it would burn and bring even more pain. So Naturally I called Rob(my sisters husband) he told me something like a repetitive something. But he gave me an example he said people work on their backs all the time and are fine but then can bend over to pick up a sheet of paper and their back will go out, and it wasn't the sheet of paper it was the accumulative things that had been building in the back and that small action was just all it took to send it over the edge.
So with that said, it's very possible that Haye's injury wasn't from shadow boxing, but that it was something that had been accumulatively building, and his shadow boxing was just enough to send it over the edge.
Just offering things from a different perspective but its very possible thats what happened injury-wise.
