Bolt ran a 9.5fucking8! :o
He is the most astonishing athlete I have ever seen.
That's probably the most amazing sporting thing I have ever seen in my life just beyond belief!!!
To put it into perspective how good he is, he ran 9.89 in the semi-final and jogged from 40 metres onwards. Linford Christie was World and Olympic champion and his best ever time in his whole career was 9.87
Linford Christie was a cheat though ;)
But yea that certainly was a sight to see, for certain one of the greatest sporting achievements i've ever seen in my life time. Something to tell the grandkids when im old that i was in the Usain Bolt era. By the way i also had the same prediction, as Master did but Usain Bolt at his best is unbeatable.
I reckon he will take Michael Johnson's 400m record aswell, i used to love Michael Johnson as a kid. But i would love to see a guy like Usain Bolt break it. And also did anyone see Jessica Ennis ? great performance from her she done England proud well done.
I know man, I am still speechless here. That is a benchmark moment in sporting history for sure. Gay and Powell performed really well, but they were both chasing Bolt's shadow.
He is just an utter physical freak and I can't see the 100m and 200m being competitive while he is performing at this level. I mean, the gulf in class between him and everyone else is astronomical.
I feel honoured to have witnessed that performance!
what do you do know if your tyson gay? the guy just run 9.71, a time he hs never done before and still got destroyed doing so.
I found a link to the race on youtube

You know what a prat I am. I missed it. Flicked over the channel for a couple of seconds and then when I flick back to it, Bolt is celebrating. :(
(Did you see Micheal Johnson's face on BBC, he was astonished. Now he knows what the other athletes felt when he was racing, he was unbeatable. 10 years a head of his time.)
Well, the 10,000m is about as competitive as the 100m at the moment. Kenenisa Bekele just won his 12th consecutive 10,000m and set a new championship record in the process. He is undefeated over 10,000m since he first started running the race in 2003! :o
Another freak.
Did you see how fast they were running!!! I couldn't sprint that fast. 62 seconds for 400 metres they were doing :o
A "fatigued" Bolt just smashed the 200m world record again, bringing it down to 19.19. One emoticon sums it up... :o
Ohh Dam those high jump girls have longs legs. That is all.
HAhaha, nice work.
