Strategies that backfired big time!

- Leslie lubaczewski trusting and believing that Trainer Monkey's strategies (with no experience whatsoever in boxing) was the man of the situation and trusting him repeatedly 4 consecutive times, each one ending by a brutal k.o and a brutal stoppage.

- Tyson simply going forward on Lewis with the sole intention of killing him when he should have had a much better plan for such a beast.

- Hatton laughing at the drills that Roach did teach to Manny was quite funny too but that's more fate irony than strategy backfiring though.

I can't tell if you're making what could well end up being a legitimate prediction (in a thread not for predictions) or just being a little dumb.

He hasn't done anything yet at the weight, but since moving up to heavyweight he has had 3 of the 4 belt holders offer him fights.

It's not a good policy to get title shots only to back out of them.....he's never going to win a title if he never actually fights for one which although he has been offered 3-4 title fights he has yet to fight a single one

Leslie is Trainer Monkey's wife, she has 4 professional bout, 4 defeats by knock out, 3 in the first round, one in the second. Trainer Monkey is his trainer as well but has no real experience in boxing whatsoever, never ran her corner (though he's her trainer) so far and ... never got her to practice in a real ring, in their basement on the floor or on the lawn outside.

As for Zelenoff... he decided to get a career at MMA now, guess it's better for the boxing world;)

Well, that's taking a page out of the Leftylee book almost...WTF is TM thinking sending his wife in there to get beaten up?

Mate people can say what ever the hell they like, I'm not a 'fan' of any boxer.

It just concerns me when I see people talking about Haye all the time... at any given chance...

I just have to wonder why these people are so obsessed with the guy that they talk about him in threads that have nothing to do with him.

All just seems like a bit of an infatuation. Shit at least Leftylee came out of the closet about it instead of staying in narnia... ;)

TM is not a bad person at heart but his ego is absolutely fucked up and he has no problems to lie or to present the truth in a funny way in order to look like he's on the stage; His wife won the toughman contest, he so thought that she was a pure fighting machine... guess what happened when she met some real boxers.... mangled. In this correspondance, he states that the Mayweather did plot to get his cornerman for his wife against Rivas to get his passport stolen, that the judges had their money on Rivas, hehnce why they were complaisant toward her and that the whole Trinidad was hoaxing against them too. not bad, isn't it?
