Saying that it's all what ifs and maybe's as Audley's chin isn't up to scratch for the heavyweight division, his defense isn't good enough and when he gets caught it stuns him leaving him wide open. Shame because technically he is in the top 6 heavyweights right now.
:vd:
Arreola journeyman??
Serious lack of knowledge from your part,Arreola would smash Audley to pieces.

I agree with you. However Harrison is the better boxer technically so serious lack of insight on your part. Anyway enough of this Arreola brown nosing, what name fighter has he ever beat anyway????

Arreola a journeyman?!? his only loss was to Klitschko, on an elite level, not against old Rogan, Williams, Sprott, and Guinn, the same Guinn that got his ass handed to him by a former middleweight ;D
I never said Arreola wouldn't beat Audley because his chin will always let him down. Technically Arreola is shit and hasn't faced many top class fighters. His losses will start clocking up you watch. If you're gonna tell me Arreola is a world class fighter who deserves to be in the ring in his disgusting shape then shame on you.
if you're gonna tell me that Harrison is a world class fighter when his chin has only been an issue in one fight (Sprott) cause he's only been stopped once, meaning he's been outpointed by the very limited Rogan, the fat git Williams, and well the same Guinn who Toney made look foolish, well i'll say that whatever you're smoking has to be pretty damn strong
Arreola has been far more impressive than Harrison, and he doesn't act like if he's the next coming of Joe Louis, Harrison is crap and will never amount to anything

I actually think it could be a possibility.
Let's look into the likely future. I'd expect Haye to get past Valuev and presumably Audley will rematch Rogan, (or fight Sexton) and try and establish himself as Britain's number 1.
In 2010 I expect Haye will fight a Klitschko, in which case he will annihilated.
After that loss where will he turn? If Audley is by then Britain's number 1 domestic fighter Haye might fancy the payday.
It's not that unlikely imo.
There lies the problem I dont see Harrison beating Rogan.
As I recall all the commentary team and most ringside experts had Audley beating him the first time.
My gut feeling is that if they met again Audley would smash him inside 6 rounds.
Sexton has finished Rogan as a fighter now.

I didnt metntion anythign about his technical ability, all I know is that Arreola is the better all round fighter and would spark Audley out.
Audley is what you could class as a journeyman he has never fought a top 10 fighter but has 4 defeats, I think that qualifys him as a journeyman.

and answering Darth's question, Arreola's wins over Chazz Witherspoon and Jameel McCline are bigger than ANYTHING Harrison has done

We will soon see, but Rogan was stopped because of his shut eye. Audley is average mate unfortunatly and proves it everytime he has stepped up from shitty journeymen or untested youngster.
My money is firmly on Rogan to beat Sexton this time out.
Who do you think Harrison beats on the domestic scene?? Id have my money on both Fury and Mcdermott to win on points against him.

I agree Audley is average but he's a cut above the rest of the current garbage lot.
I think he beats Fury and McDermott and like I said I've got a feeling he would smash Rogan in a rematch like he did with Danny Williams.
He is completely delusional, even to the point of thinking Oprah would do a one hour show on him, but I love him for that.
He's completely fucking bat crazy, totally delusional as to his talent and potential and I admire that in a man.
I would love him to go on and shock the world, it would be a great thing imo.
Of course it won't happen, but I'll still give the man credit where it's due.
He looked like a Prizefighter winner last night, and maybe with luck on his side he can be a British title winner someday too...

Sexton has finished Rogan? Id love to know how you come to that conclusion as Sexton had no idea where he was for the last 2 minutes of the fight when he spat his gumsheild out and turned his back. Im not saying Rogans great or anything but if certain fighters (harrison for 1) had his determination and heart, they would be doing a lot better then they are.

Not a chance, Audley would wet himself if David even glanced a punch off him.
Re: would anyone pick harrison over haye?
Anyone in the right mind shouldn't....... Despite knocking out a few out of shape guys in Prizefighter and a decent Barrett, A-Force is stil scared of his own shadow. Haye would flatten him for sure......
Re: would anyone pick harrison over haye?
haye should beat audley, coz audley is lazy and has a poor chin, plus haye will have a psycological edge from thier infamous sparring session...
But theres always the chance haye could walk into one of those southpaw lefts, then its good nite david!
But i agree that it could happen, as long as audley keeps winning (dont hold ur breath) and if haye decides 2 continue boxing after one of the klitschkos beat him (provided valuev doesnt do it 1st).

Probably but he'd be the biggest guy Haye had fought by far (exluding Valuev of course) and we havn't yet seen how Haye can cope with the size of a really big heavyweight.
Haye's chin is hardly rock solid either and if guys like Thompson and Mormeck can floor him then Harrison definitely has the power to ko him if he lands.
There is also the question mark over Haye's stamina. In his last several fights he's not need to dig deep or even go into the second half of a fight. We know in the past his stamina let him down late in fights and we don't know if he still struggles there or not.
Haye would obviously be a massive favourite, but I wouldn't see it as that big an upset.
Audley has skills, and is clearly dangerous if he lands. Also, and something he gets no credit for, after the Klitschko's and Haye he is easily the most in shape heavyweight in terms of physique even at 38.
People say he has no heart, and in some ways that may be true, but the guy always turns up in shape, unlike virtually all other heavies, and he keeps coming back despite all the ridicule and humiliation he gets.
I'd be rooting for him for sure :)
