I agree with everyone who said Chad Dawson vs. Jean Pascal
I'd happily pay for that.

I agree with everyone who said Chad Dawson vs. Jean Pascal
I'd happily pay for that.
heavyweight
Haye vs a Klitsch
Adamek vs arreola (one of merkins suggested ones)
Light heavy
Dawson vs Hop - just to set the record straight for all you chad huggers
Middle
Pavlik-Williams - Just wanna see the over rated drunk get owned again
light middle
Angulo-Kirkland - finally get to see who is the true heir to the phrone
Welterweight
Pac-floyd - Along with a good 6billion others.........
Shane-Cotto - set the record straight for once and for all
Light welter
Hatton vs Bradley/Khan/marquez - just to shut the haters up once and for all
lightweight
Gamboa vs Valero/soto/guzman etc - bout time we saw him in with world oppostion
Has anypne mentioned Haye v Adamek at Heavyweight? I think Adamek's durability, fitness and decent power could test and maybe beat Haye.
Pretty much all i would have chose already have been by many on here.
stand-outs would be :
PBF V Mosely - would love to see how they would handle each others speed.
Now I know this will NEVER happen but Vitali V Wladimir, would be great if they had a bust up over a woman or something similar and decided to settle their scores in the ring for all to see which one is the best.
Some great pick Jaz by the way ;) must have took ya bloody ages to do all that :o
Heavyweight: Vitali vs. Haye or Wlad vs Haye - The only big fights that can happen in the division right now.
Cruiserweight:Hopkins vs Adamek - Adamek vs Hopkins would be a Legacy fight for Bhop and for him to finish his career with a win over the best at 200 pounds would be a great end to his long career.
Light Heavyweight: Hopkins vs. Dawson - Interesting matchup of styles and the biggest fight that can happen at 175.
Super Middleweight: Hopkins vs Bute - If the two fights above don't go down, i would love to see this fight. This is another tough fight for Hopkins and would be his third division title if he was to win.
Middleweight: Pavlik vs Williams - Would be a excellent clash of styles and is probably the only meaningful fight at the weight currently.
Light Middleweight: Martinez vs. Williams II - The first fight was awesome but was in the wrong weight class. These guys are the best at 154 so lets get it on !
Welterweight: Pacquiao vs. Mayweather - Two best fighters in the world, nothing more needs to be said.
Light Welterweight: Bradley vs. Khan - Top fighters at 140 and a good clash of styles and would unify two titles at 140.
Lightweight: Funeka vs. Valero - A good clash of styles and are both top dogs at 135.
Super Featherweight: ???
Featherweight: Juan Manuel Lopez vs Gamboa - Two top young fighters who can bang and have plenty of potential.
Super Bantamweight: ???
Bantamweight: ???
Super Flyweight: ???
Flyweight: ???
Light Flyweight: ???
Strawweight: ???
At each weight class, what fight would you make for 2010?
I'm only gonna do weight classes I keep up with. Yall can add more if you want. I'd say:
122 - Rafa Marquez vs Isreal Vasquez 4: Each fight has been close and most importantly thrilling.
126 - Juanma Lopez vs Yuriorkis Gamboa: Juanma moves up to a more naturall weight in this matchup of boxing's most exciting and talented little men.
130 - None: Anybody got one?
135 - Edwin Valero vs Juan Manuel Marquez: Is the Venezuelan knockout machine for real? Does Marquez still have a lot left in the tank?
140 - Timothy Bradley vs Amir Khan: The future of the P4P list meet in a high stakes matchup to determine who the new king of the 140 pound division is and also who will be boxing's most talented young star.
147 - Pacquiao vs Mayweather: Nuff said.
154 - Paul Williams vs Shane Mosley: The guys nobody want to fight, fight each other.
160 - Kelly Pavlik vs Paul Williams: Kelly hasn't fought a real challenger at 160 in a while. Paul can span across divisions to continue to give boxing fans the best fights.
168 - Joe Calzaghe vs Andre Ward: Don't know who will win the Super Six but let's assume Ward wins in 2010 sometime. Joe Calzaghe ain't no spring chicken but he is still the best fighter in the history of the 168 pound division. He returns to boxing to take on the Olympic gold medalist, undefated Andre Ward, the heir apparent to the throne Calzaghe retired from.
175 - Bernard Hopkins vs Chad Dawson: These guys should fight. Old lion vs Young tiger. Past vs future.
200 - None: Anybody got one?
201 and up - David Haye vs Wladimir Klitschko: Honestly, at this point i'm leaning more towards wanting to see Haye fight Vitali instead but Haye vs Wlad would be the spectacle that we've been waiting for for a long time.
115 Vic v Donito
118 Monteil v Hasegawa
130 Guerrero v Soto
135 Katsidis v Funeka
160 Mundine v Sturm
175 Cleverly v Cloud
200 Green v Hopkins
200+ Adamek v Haye
115 Vic v Donito
118 Monteil v Hasegawa Nonito more likely
130 Guerrero v Soto Juanma v Luevano (scheduled)
135 Katsidis v Funeka Valero v JMM
160 Mundine v Sturm I don't really care. The division sucks.
175 Cleverly v Cloud Hopkins v Dawson
200 Green v Hopkins Cunningham v Adamek
2 fights that I really wanna see in 2010...
Pacquiao-Mayweather ofcourse.
and Ward-Bute.
Not wanting to offend anyone, but the lower divisions tend to have very little interest in Britain, mainly as Ian Napa (5'1") is pretty much the only one of any standing that can make the little weights so I'll start further up.
122 - Rendall Munroe stepping up against any of the title holders.
135 - Marquez v Valero
140 - The Battle of Britain - Hatton v Khan
147 - Only one other mentioning Pac v FMJ?
160 - not a great division, but Pavlik v Mundine would probably be the closest to a big fight there.
168 - The Super Six continuing on schedule!
175 - Jean Pascal v Tavoris Cloud
200 - Huck v Green (if Green doesn't go back down to light-heavy)
Heavies - Haye in a "The Big Three" round robin against both Klitschko's.
115 Vic v Donito
118 Monteil v Hasegawa
130 Guerrero v Soto
135 Valero v Marquez
160 Mundine v Sturm
175 Cleverly v Cloud
200 Dawson v Hopkins
200+ Vitali v Haye
But the real fights i wanna see are JMM VS PAC and MOSLEY VS MAYWEATHER! guess ill have to keep dreaming :-\
I know this will never happen but I'd like to see Williams fight Mosely, then after he beats shane, fight the winner of Pacman Mayweather. My guess is both Pacman and Mayweather want nothing to do with Williams.
merged...
Well...there are alot of fights to hope for in 2010 and most of them were already mentioned,so I only add...
Arthur Abraham vs Lucian Bute
Felix Sturm vs Ronald Wright
Sergiy Dzinziruk vs Paul Williams
...
