I think Pacquiao is a much bigger threat. I still think Mayweather would beat him, but I think he possesses several attributes which make him more dangerous than Mosley. That is why I feel Pacquaio is a bigger threat than Mosley or any of the others I mentioned. I still think Mayweather - Mosley is a great, compelling fight, I just expect Mayweather to win.
I think someone should start a thread on that and have a poll as to who is the greatest threat to Mayweather's 0? Or was there such a thread already?
I'm sure there have been various incarnations of that thread over time, but that's no reason why there shouldn't be another one if you want to make it.

There won't be any excuses if Floyd loses. Everyone will just use the opportunity to say that Floyd was overrated, didn't fight anyone, no Ray Robinson, etc.
The excuses will be if Shane loses because no one who hates Floyd wants to believe that he'll beat anyone unless they are at some sort of disadvantage. Shane however if he beats Floyd there will be no excuses, just every hater coming out of the woodwork to bash Mayweather and post pictures of him losing.

NO. He will say that it's because they did forbid him to have TM as consultant and that they did let him to leak some "privilege" information that Roach utilized into his game plan.

Interesting thread here. I for one think the possibilities are endless. Floyd has managed to wrap his whole identity up in being undefeated. Floyd thinks that if someone has lost 4 times then he is 4 times better than them. I agree that he will still somehow rationalize that he is the G.O.A.T...His excuse will be something like "Well my Uncle Roger was in Jail"...or is it his dad that's in jail...or going to jail...not sure which.

If Floyd lost via Split Decision -- "I was robbed, Oscar and GBP had me setup from the start"
If Floyd lost via unanimous Decision -- "The judges hated me that they want to put an "0" on my record, how can I win if they hate me like that?"
If Floyd lost via TKO -- "Mosley is fucking lucky, he must be taking that pill that makes him lucky. Uncle Roger and Pop told me about that pill and they suspect Mosley is taking them. I deserve a rematch and its on the contract, we have to do it again."
