Antonio Margarito: Manny Pacquiao Has My Title, I Want It

because of bob arum, margarito will most probably get his boxing license to fight somewhere in the u.s.a..and when that happens, i will be here laughing and mocking you margarito haters to no end!

At this stage we do not know if the damage Shane did to Marg has finished him. Marg needs to fight Berto level of opponent before he takes on the elite welters again.

you are right. maybe margarito has permanently been damaged by mosley. he took a horrific beating. fighters like margarito, with solid chins, when they get knocked out the way he did, are mostly never the same. i guess once you crack that hard egg it's much easier to do it again.

You know, I don't really have a big issue with him fighting again. But, I really don't want to see him in big fights again. I certainly don't want to see him being allowed to get it on with Manny Pac. It's a payday that I just don't think he deserves.

This is rediculous. A fighter like him has had his hands wrapped hundreds and hundreds of times and knows what is legal and what isn't. I was a Margarito fan but can't deny the fact he's a cheating sack of shit and broke the trust of the sport and it's fans. People that tamper with equipment in a combat sport should be banned for life... NO EXCPTIONS! It's not like he's hitting home runs on a baseball field or something... This guy could have killed people. It's just as bad as the Resto/Lewis situation. JUST AS BAD...

His name shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as "world title" in my oppinion... Nevermind a sactioned fight.

Your insults aren't touching me much, the way you behave, you just show that you're a margarito nuts hugger and that you just wanted to defend one of your favorite boxer, no matter how. I am not neither have I been a Margarito hater. Matter of fact, I liked him quite a lot before this fight but what he did is unforgivable. Did he have loaded gloves before? Maybe not, we can highly suspect he did against Cotto because of the marks on his face but we can't prove it. However, in my book, one time is plainly enough.
Second, I know what boxing is, I have seen like everybody else here some brutal K.O and I think it is plain part of the sport. I am man enough to appreciate and to deal with it otherwise I wouldn't watch boxing. However, I am also man enough to see when it crosses the line. Risking somebody permanent injuries because carrying illegal weapon, I don't find it manly at all, it's like fighting somebody who's bare hands with a baseball, in my book, that's not man, that's coward.
Third, he can fight wherever he wants, I don't care, I will just never support him ever again, not even for 5 cents, he attempted something dangerous against somebody's else life and I just can't support that kind of behaviors,saying that not fighting "for one year is enough" for what he tried to do is unacceptable, like it or not, it's like if I would try to rape a girl, failed and the judge would tell me that for my sentence, I can't frequent any girl for a year. No jail, no criminal case, nothing.That's ludicrous.
Fourth, I have these head issues very much at heart for some reasons I've mentioned here before but that I won't again because I will sound like Trainer Monkey whining about his fate, let's just say that I have a very deep experience with head trauma and lifetime consequences and I do not wish that to nobody else.
Fifth, as far as I know it, it's a boxing forum, right? I can tell my opinion, right? SO... not only will I not watch any Hand of plasters fight but like it or not, I will continue to tell that he doesn't deserve to fight and if you do not like that, close that little forum's window off or put me on ignore ;D

p.s: These were in his gloves. If you really think he didn't know it was on his hands, you're either very naive, very dumb or both.
