This is good news (as most have said). The fight doesn't need a shitty alphabet.
It's especially good news for Mosley. By showing his loyalty to the WBA he will get an immediate shot at the vacant title or "real" title, so basically can't lose it even if he loses.
They probably worked all this out with Floyd beforehand.

It's not needed. It would make absolutely NO DIFFERENCE to the PPV figures or the amount of interest in the fight. The belts don't mean shit anymore so why pay money to fight for one?

Sanctioning fees can be up to 4% of the purse if I remember correctly. I would guess at least a couple of percent for a fight like this. Up to 4% of a twenty or thirty million dollar purse isn't a bad night's work for the WBA. I don't know why Mosley is paying it either. I'm going to stop now before I get into a rant about sanctioning bodies. What the fuck are RICO laws for if not for cunts like these people?

Check out how many divisions have multiple champs. As a matter of fact only 5 weight classes have 1 champ all the rest have many.
