I'm a huge fan of Nathalie Portman since Leon (not really I just had to get a pedo reference in there lol) and she was stunning in Closer, that stripper scene with Clive Owen is just great.
Growing up as a kid I was in love with Brooke Shields in Blue Lagoon, and Jenny Agutter in Walkabout. Not sure anything will ever top them two seeing as I watched those films around the same time I discovered masturbation, in fact the former led to the latter.

Yeah Agutter was amazing. I can still remember what she showed, tits in American Werewolf in London, a nice brief full frontal in Logans Run, and some heavenly nude oaisis swimming in Walkabout and pretty much everything in Equiss.
Cinema was so much better back then, all the actressess got naked.
Jenny Agguter, Helen Mirron and Amanda Donohue were my wanking staples back in those days, backed up by Nastassja Kinski and Christina Applegate.
They all hold fond memories of self abuse, tissues in the bed, my mum not allowing me to put my hands in the fridge etc for me

It is a very good film and does make you think a little. Both Irons and Swain put on really good performances IMO.
In a strange way you do kind of feel sorry for the peculiar Humbert Humbert, but it's still plain wrong to be going after the daughter like he did. And yes, I really do like the cinematography in that film and it does have a very touching soundtrack (from what I remember). I've got a copy of the film in England, but haven't watched it in years. Might have to download it and see if I still think the same.

I like the bubblegum scene with the chin quiver. I admit it, I would have totally sold my soul to the devil and been seduced by that. It was a weird film, the first time I saw her in the garden by the hose, I felt the same as you guys, 'what she's just a kid'.
10 minutes in, I was looking at Melanie Griffith the same way Humbert was, and thinking 'fuck off and die already so I can get to your little girl!'.
In all honestly though, although only I will admit it, I reckon at least half the guys who have watched that movie felt the same.
