I dont see this little power house that everyone else does in Abraham:-\
I dont think he can deal with thye strength of the super middles. He was getting handled and pushed around quite easy by Dirrell and Andre is hardly a rough fighter.
The reason Abraham stops people late is because he conserves so much energy doing absolutely fuuck all during the rest of the fight. Froch can actually punch at this weight and I reckon is a bigger puncher than Dirrell who dropped Abraham but Froch will try to stop him where Andre didnt.
Abraham is strong but strong for a middleweight, he doesnt have the same advantage fighting genuine top super middles.

Well I just take into account how much he bitched about the Kessler decision and how much he bitched about the location of this fight and how he said he'd quit the tournament if he didn't get his way....all this after being GIFTED a decision vs Andre Dirrell...I think he's prepared himself mentally to quit if there is ANY adversity.

I don't think it's a matter of size in this case (at least the way I see it). I think AA has more skill, he's got the better defense, and he hits extremely hard. Boxing is not Froch's forte ergo I don't believe AA will have much trouble. People keep talking about Dirrell knocking down AA, but what about the way Taylor rocked the crap out of Froch? Jermain wasn't known for his power and I think if he could land flush on that guy then Abraham will, and if Abraham's defense is better than Taylor's (which it is) he'll be able to stop Froch as I said EASY.
Re: Froch v Abraham October 2nd in Monaco...
In the end Froch got beat maybe not comfortably but clearly by a Kessler who imo is way past what I saw of him 3/4 years ago, so them signs are not good for me, there was alot of problems with the lead up to that fight but Froch aint getting any younger and has had some very hard physical fights the past 18/24 months, Froch at his very best and Abraham at his very best I would take Froch in a heart beat, but I just feel Froch could well be on the slide could go either way with alot of question marks but if i had to be pushed I take Abraham late or on points.

Its hard not to see a powerhouse when you consider Abraham has put 3 of his last 4 opponents in casualty. The guy's dangerous but I can see Froch winning rounds if he plays it cool and uses his pysical advantages. At first I thought his lack of defence would be his undoing and although he still has low hands I do think in his last fight he has shown that he keeps his chin tucked away better now and is positioned to absorb shots unlike before.
Its a great fight fight but a dangerous one for both guys.
Re: Froch v Abraham October 2nd in Monaco...
I think Abraham stops Froch somewhere between 6-9. That will have nothing to do with Froch being tired, because whatever else you say about him, he works extremely hard in training. I think Froch just has too much wear & tear from fights like Magee, Pascal, Taylor, Kessler & hell even the Dirrell fight he looked to be wobbled. In contrast, only the 1st Miranda fight & the Dirrell fight have seen Abraham taking any real punishment. I'm tempted to head out to this for the weekend to support Abraham, anyone know what the South of France is like that time of year?

Do you think? Very entertaining while it lasted but Froch would smash Miranda for me within 6.

Although Dirrell was beating Abraham fairly comfortably I do think Froch will be too much for Abraham.
Abraham cant handle the strength of the supermiddles and I reckon Froch will hurt him. Dirrell put Abraham down and wasted the opportunity. As shite as Froch is, when (not if) he hurts Abraham, he will go for the kill and as clumsy as it may be, it will be the most pressure that Abraham has ever had to deal with.
Abraham stalks opponents but that will suit Froch, he will get plenty of time to try those swinging punches while Abraham gets pushed backwards with his gloves covering his face;D
Abraham gets stopped late.
If only hed have stuck with the body punches id have been spot on!
Abraham isnt strong enough at this weight. It was his strength advantage that did him well in the middles, not his skills and now he doesnt have that.
Re: Froch v Abraham October 2nd in Monaco...
The Sauerlands arefilled with anticipation. "The Super Six tournament has been outstanding thus far," said Kalle. "We’ve had so much drama and so many high-class fights. Kessler versus Froch was as good as it gets but believe me, Abraham-Froch will be even better. It’s win or go home! I honestly can’t see this going the distance. I have a lot of respect for Froch as a fighter but I think that his style is tailor-made for Abraham. The King will knock The Cobra out – no doubt about that. The only question is in which round."
:-X Bet Kalle is pissed now :doggy:
